The role

Reporting to the Centre Manager, your responsibilities include providing a welcoming first point of contact to clients, directing incoming phone enquiries about our services and responding to emails in a helpful manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination of booking, data entry and processing of all appointments and undertaking basic assessment of client service needs as required. A high level of customer service is required for this role, as well as maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

This opportunity is located at our Cranbourne Centre and is a permanent part-time position working four (4) days per week. The work pattern will be Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with an evening shift included on Tuesday from 12pm to 8pm.

About you

  • Office Administration certificate and/or previous experience in a similar administration capacity.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite and ability to pick up new programs and business systems with ease.
  • Experienced in answering high volume inbound calls and delivering high quality customer service.
  • High level of confidentiality to ensure client personal and financial information is maintained.

The base salary range is $71k – $77k (pro-rata) per annum.
