As a Client Support Officer, you will deliver exceptional customer service and complete administration duties for clients and the Education and Training Portfolio team. This role is offered as permanent full-time based in our Kent Town Head Office, however, you may be required to travel between sites. Day-to-day activities will include:

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge base of services provided by the Education and Training portfolio.
  • Assist and complete individual tentative enrolment process for students and referring providers with enrolments generated through the online enrolment platform, via phone and email.
  • Conduct daily quality checks on student attendance via aXcelerate Student Management System to ensure accurate and compliant tracking of attendance.
  • Follow up the collection of information from referring providers and or students relating to enrolment and induction.
  • Ensure accurate and thorough case notes are relocated from initial intake form to aXcelerate’s student case notes and student training plans.

About You

In this role, you will have high level administrative abilities which consist of strong time management, record keeping and accurate data entry skills.

You will use your customer service and communication skills to be approachable and professional in all connections with relevant stakeholders. To be considered for this role, you will also demonstrate:

  • Respect and sensitivity towards people from diverse cultural backgrounds, and a willingness to learn, be flexible and adapt one’s approach to suit the environment.
  • Resilient interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills along with the ability to identify innovative and lateral solutions.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to effectively answer telephones and draft correspondence, emails, and other documentation.
  • Strong computer literacy including the use of Office365.
  • A high level of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.

For this role you will need to:

  • Possess a current valid Driver’s License and willingness to drive.
  • Complete a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
  • Be eligible to work in Australia.
