Climbing Wall Receptionist at Summit Centre

Hours: 24 hours per week (Tue-Thurs 16:30-21:00, Sat 09:30-17:30).
Hours could be divided/shared between evening and Saturday receptionist.

Salary: £23,941 pro rata per annum

Contract: Permanent (subject to a 6 month probationary period, satisfactory references and a Basic Disclosure check)

We are looking for an experienced customer facing receptionist who will positively and efficiently serve our guests in our busy reception area.  You will at all times appropriately represent Rock UK’s Christian ethos and values to our customers. Duties will include responding to leisure booking enquiries, selling the services of the centre via phone calls, email and face-to-face meetings, greeting visitors and financial administration.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal and administration skills (including accuracy and attention to detail), an excellent telephone manner and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous experience of working in a sales environment and using sales systems would be an advantage.
