Job description

Working with the CA and CS teams, you will be responsible for providing f2f customer services, managing day-to-day operations, and answering customer enquiries in medical clinic depending on experiences.

  • Oversee / Manage Concierge services at the clinic
  • Appointment booking and cross selling and answer general enquires
  • Initiative to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets industry and professional standard.
  • Resolve complaints ethically and professionally
  • Regular review & develop policy / guidelines
  • Enrich frontline staff’s service and knowledge through training and coaching

Premium medical brand|Strong communication skill and leadership

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with 5 years of managerial level in customer service field.
  • Healthcare / medical / insurance / Hospitality / luxury retail background are preferred
  • Strong operation management and people management skill
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Good computer skills including MS Office
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered as CS Officer/ Clinic Assistant
