CLINIC FINANCE MANAGER, School of Dental Medicine, Dental Health Center (23500607441028)

To manage the clinical care staffing and support functions of the delivery of care at the Dental Health Center to ensure that patients are provided with treatment without interruption and delivered with the best care possible.

Manage all functions and assignments of the clinical support staff. Assign all support staff daily/weekly with their assignments to support providers in the delivery of care by assisting, imaging, sterilization and all other patient care related activities. Ensure coverage is consistent and schedule is adhered to. Adjust schedules as needed to ensure adequate coverage for all clinical functions. Work closely with senior leadership to cover clinic during peak periods and training of all new clinical support staff and ensure all DPH guidelines are adhered to. Responsible to distribute all radiology badges and maintain records to ensure implementation of all OSHA and DHC policies are in compliance including following and enforcing all PPE requirements.

 Bachelor’s Degree required and 3-5 years’ experience.
