Position Summary/Description:

This position with work directly with the Department of Emergency Medicine’s Operational Network and interfacing with the UNC Healthcare System. Additionally, provide direct patient care in both the Chapel Hill campus and Hillsborough campus Emergency Departments treating both adult and pediatric patients, assess and attend to patients who enter a hospital’s emergency room. They immediately treat any injuries, infections, or other conditions to stabilize patients. ER doctors request medical tests for patients, create treatment plans, and recommend patients to appropriate specialists.

Education and Experience:

Emergency Medicine Fellowship.
