headspace is a free and confidential service for young people aged 12-25 years. Headspace’s vision is to improve young people’s social and emotional wellbeing through the provision of high quality, evidence based integrated services that best meet young peoples needs.
If you are looking for somewhere to pursue your passion and make a difference in the lives of local young people, we’re recruiting a Clinical Lead for Chatswood headspace.
This is a Full-time permanent position; Working days are Monday to Friday during normal business hours.
Essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or other allied health disciplines; and eligibility for membership of an appropriate professional body; and eligibility to register with Medicare Australia as an MBS Primary Care provider or an Allied Mental Health Professional provider.
- Demonstrated capacity to provide effective leadership, mentoring and coaching with experience in providing clinical leadership and supervision.
- Experience in direct service provision to young people.
- Experience providing evidence based therapeutic modalities.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining effective working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
