About the Role
We are recruiting for a full time Clinical Lead for a 6 month short term contract.
About the Opportunity
The Clinical Lead is responsible for leading a team of committed Nursing and Allied Health professionals and will work collaboratively with clients, their families, and the broader Home and Community Care team to embed best practices in the delivery of clinical services and education in the Neighbourhood Model of Care. This will involve leading and facilitating best practice in clinical care throughout our services in the Sydney Central and Northern Sydney.
About you
- Tertiary qualification and registration in a Nursing or Allied Health
- Current Australian Health Professional Registration Authority (AHPRA) or other relevant regulatory authority
- Well-developed understanding of contemporary Aged Care clinical practice and community-based service delivery
- Experience in the Aged Care and/or the Health environment
- Significant experience in mentoring and providing advice to team and employees
- Confident in navigating and nurturing teams through ambiguity and change
- Passion for social change and contributing to an organisation of influence for vulnerable, at-risk and disadvantaged members of the community
- Proficient in using multiple computer applications, as well as the willingness to learn new systems/programs
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current driver’s license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
