Here at QED Legal, we are always in the loop with the newest and hottest vacancies that come up in the market, some that are even exclusive to us!A leading International heavy weight is looking for a superstar NQ – 5 years PQE Solicitor to join their Legal 500 accredited Clinical Risk teamIf you are based in or around Leeds or looking to relocate to Leeds then this may be the role for you.The ideal candidate for this role is a Lawyer who is NQ – 5 years PQE with plenty of experience in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, or Insurance Law.You will have (amongst other skills); experience of an NHS resolution or MDO panel firm, strong technical and organisational skills to ensure a methodical approach to handling a variety of clinical negligence claims, the ability to use IT case management system, a team player mindset.Salary: £40 – 45k DOE (Full time)This firm is also renown for their generous benefits package including the likes of, up to 30 days holidays, private medical insurance, life insurance, flexible working and much more!General responsibilities of the role include but is not limited to:

• Handling caseloads of defendant clinical negligence work including work for NHS resolution, NHS trusts, MDU, independent providers and medical malpractice insurers
• Drafting legal documents, conducting face to face negotiations and mediation of claims, preparing cases adhering to court deadlines.
