Your opportunity
Join us at Elouera, where we provide a nurturing haven for women on their journey to recovery from substance dependencies. Our residential service offers specialised support for women and their children under 12, ensuring families stay together during the six-week program. At Wyla Residential Services, located near Orange, we extend our safe embrace to both men and women seeking refuge and rehabilitation from substance use, fostering holistic recovery and renewal.
You’ll be stepping into the role of Clinical Services Manager at our Orange Residential program to become the driving force behind transformative change.
You’ll lead a dedicated team of around 30 compassionate individuals, guiding them with empathy and wisdom to maximise the impact of our Alcohol and Drug Residential Programs throughout the region.
With a supportive manager who values open communication and collaboration, you’ll have the autonomy to make a real difference in the lives of others.
What you’ll bring
You’ll be a visionary leader with a passion for empowering others. You’ll be someone with five years experience in the AOD, Mental Health, or Residential Aged Care sector, who can navigate the complexities of residential settings with grace and understanding. Your exceptional clinical expertise and innate ability to connect with people will be the cornerstone of your success in this role.
You will need to hold a Bachelor level tertiary qualification in a related discipline, ideally psychology or social work.
