About the role:

In collaboration with the Supervision and EAP Practice Lead, Clinical Services Team, deliver clinical supervision, support and training to staff across the Community Services and Housing Division (CSH), and the organisational staff as required; and, actively contribute to a high clinical standard of staff in the Division. 

This position is a permanent part-time role, 3 days a week with flexible working arrangements and work from home.

About you:

To be considered, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant human services (eg. counselling)
  • Qualifications in clinical supervision
  • Demonstrated experience in providing clinical supervision
  • Demonstrated commitment to social justice outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently as required
  • Highly developed organisational skills and a demonstrated capacity to work flexibly and within given timeframes
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional assessment and quality assurance processes
  • Intermediate computer literacy
  • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work
  • Current Driver’s license
