We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee clinical activities, manage a small and complex caseload, and ensure the delivery of exceptional therapeutic services. You will work closely with the Clinical Manager to develop strong stakeholder relationships and maintain high clinical risk and safety standards.

  • Location: Noble Park Office, Boonwurrung country
  • Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
  • Offering: $121K base salary + Super + Motor vehicle allowance and the option of salary packaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee a clinical team, managing all clinical activities across programs.
  • Handle a small, complex case load, providing high-quality assessment, treatment, and closure.
  • Ensure efficient referral processes, meet service targets, and produce timely and accurate clinical reports.
  • Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage clinical risk and safety within practice and work environments.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to clinicians and senior clinicians.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a Health or Welfare related field (e.g., Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Family Therapy, Speech Pathology).
  • Valid Working with Children Check and current driver’s license.
  • Completion of a Criminal Records Check prior to employment.
