- Base Salary $117,116 – $132,079 (pro-rata if part time) + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
The Kolling Institute is the longest running research organisation in NSW, bringing together a large, talented team driven by a common goal to help diagnose, prevent and treat disease, and improve the care our community receives. The Kolling Institute is part of the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Medicine and Health, located in the Northern Sydney (Arabanoo) Precinct.
The University of Sydney is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Project Manager to work on a range of clinical research projects within the osteoarthritis clinical research group at the Kolling Institute.
Your key responsibilities are to:
- manage trial set-up, conduct and close-out
- oversee multiple projects with competing deadlines in an organised and timely manner, specifically clinical trials related to knee osteoarthritis
- work with clinical lead/s, stakeholders and collaborators to successfully deliver clinical trial projects
- provide supportive and effective project leadership and manage coordination of the clinical trial operations team
- undertake ad-hoc projects, activities, or tasks under the guidance of the Clinical Trial Program Lead
About you
- tertiary qualifications in related science or health care discipline with equivalent experience
- previous project management experience working on clinical projects
- strong problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills
- ability to provide effective leadership and people management of clinical trial team
- stakeholder management skills and develop and maintain good working relationships
