The opportunity
Do you have a passion for making a difference in paediatric oncology? Join our team at the Children’s Cancer Centre Clinical Trial Unit (CTU) as a Clinical Trial Assistant. In this role, you’ll be the vital force behind the scenes, providing essential clerical and administrative support to advance critical research efforts.
You will be responsible for maintaining regulatory documents and ensuring regulatory compliance in the conduct of clinical trials in conjunction with other members of the team.

Your responsibilities include:
- Administrative Excellence: Support the Clinical Trials Unit team with top-notch administrative prowess.
- Study Support: Assist in the day-to-day operations of multiple clinical trials, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Regulatory Stewardship: Maintain regulatory files in compliance with ICH GCP and unit SOPs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Coordination: Actively participate in financial processes, aligning with institutional policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Patient Reimbursement: Develop tools to oversee and facilitate patient reimbursement processes.
- Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and verified data entry, responding to requests within allocated timelines.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a productive working relationship within the Clinical Trials Unit, the Children’s Cancer Centre, and key external stakeholders.
