Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary: The Warner Fellow for Inclusive Marketing is an intern with the Center for Marketing and Consumer Insights in the Villanova School of Business. You will be directly involved with executing projects in support of our top priorities. Your duties will include:

  • Generating social media content for LinkedIn and Instagram. While the content should align with the established content strategy and brand guidelines, we are looking for creativity and original ideas.
  • Collecting and tracking data on social media followers and content for areas of growth and improvement.
  • Creating materials for students about various career paths in marketing.
  • Supporting the promotion and execution of the Center’s events including Marketing Mania, guest lectures, industry immersion experiences, and more.
  • Attending semi-annual Advisory Council meetings.
  • Other projects, as feasible within your available work hours.
Requirements:
  • Must be a rising junior or senior majoring in marketing within VSB.
  • Must be from an underrepresented group (minority background and/or first-generation college student)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with social media, especially Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with Canva or some other similar design platform a plus.

Physical Demands Summary:
Wage Rate: $11.25 per hour
