**Remaining Crew Leader Position for Remote Monomoy Field Crew. Please note this remaining opening involves remote, rustic camping on Monomoy Island. Mass Audubon crew shares a camp with US Fish and Wildlife Service staff. Applicants specifically interested in backcountry and remote shorebird monitoring are encouraged to apply ASAP. Housing options are available on mainland Cape Cod when not living at camp. Rolling start dates available beginning in late April- mid May.**

This position’s pay range is $19.85-$21.33/hour; actual salary will reflect level of experience and qualifications relative to position requirements. This position is eligible for health insurance benefits.
Staff live out at camp on the island. Shared staff housing may be available for rent on Cape Cod (Long Pasture and Wellfleet Bay).
Work Schedule
This position starts in early May and ends on August 22, 2025. The schedule is typically 35-40 hours per week, while living out at camp. Some fluctuations in hours may occur if weather prevents safe island access.
Other Requirements
Employees must successfully complete a CORI and SORI Background Check and a Motor Vehicle Record (if applicable) is required.
