The RoleCommercial Analyst at SO ENERGYIn your role as a Commercial Analyst here at So Energy, you will work with the Growth team to provide business intelligence and reporting on our sales activities, as well as producing customer acquisition forecasts across commodity and new product development areas.What you’ll be getting up to:
- Perform customer behaviour and sales trend analysis and recommendations on channel optimisation strategies
- Create and maintain business reports, provide insight and communicate results
- Monitor key growth metrics against performance targets
- Reconciliations of invoices and performance credits
- Support business cases on new growth opportunities and sales channels
- Maintain Customer Lifetime Value models
- Produce sales partner performance packs for our Sales team
This role will be a great fit if:
- An analytical mindset with a passion for improving things
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills
- Robust, advanced, readable, tested SQL queries and python scripts
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in an agile environment
