This role will support the Grow Money Commercial team in the delivery of best-in-class data and insight to support the achievement of commercial objectives and good customer outcomes. • Bringing a wealth of data and insights to the category on a BAU basis, whilst supporting various initiatives and projects to help drive category trading.

• Act as the conduit between the Commercial and Business Intelligence teams.

• Working collaboratively with Commercial colleagues within Category, Performance and Partnerships areas.

• Delving in to data points such as enquiry, quotability and eligibility / acceptability, as well as external market data, to unlock opportunities and mitigate risks whilst providing reporting and recommendations.

• Supporting the development of external partner reporting capabilities, through leveraging and

• Delivering an array of timely and accurate performance reporting and data insights, utilising internal and external data sources, for various purposes including internal reporting forums and external partner meetings.

• Support Senior Manager and the Partnerships team in the delivery of email marketing campaigns, working closely with the CRM team, coordinating product information for the campaigns whilst internally partnering to ensure an efficient and robust process.

What we would love to see:

• Deep sector knowledge across consumer lending in Credit Cards and Personal Loans

• Experience working within a similar digital environment as CTM

• Highly analytical with meticulous attention to detail

• Experience with business intelligence tools i.e. Power BI

• SQL and / or SAS is desirable

• Google Analytics

• Commercially focused with an inquisitive mindset

• Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Able to think outside the immediate ask and challenge confidently

• Excellent communicator

• Natural problem solver and continuous improvement mindset
