About the Role.

As a Commercial Bid Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring the quality of our sales submissions, presenting compelling propositions to the market to secure new business.

This role involves coordinating internal resources to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Information to tenders (ITT), deeply understanding the market, and aligning offerings with customer needs.

Key Accountabilities.

• Lead the end-to-end bid process, from qualification to submission, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive bid documentation and coordinate with internal departments to address all aspects of bids effectively.
• Source and analyse data to support bids, monitor market trends, and liaise with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Participate in negotiation sessions to secure favourable terms while focusing on profitability.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor bid performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop competitive pricing strategies.
