Hours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday

Holiday: 33 days holiday including bank holidays

What are we looking for?

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Business Analyst who is ready to make a significant impact in a growing company.

You will play a key role in shaping and optimising our business strategies. As a Commercial Business Analyst, you will be the driving force behind unlocking valuable insights from our data, influencing key decisions, and supporting our growth objectives.

What will you be doing?

As a Commercial Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business insights and identifying growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Insights Analysis:

· Analysing customer headcount, revenue, type, industry, and SIC code.

· Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on customer profiles.

Financial Performance Analysis:

· Analysing gross profit per customer segmented by various parameters such as company size and product usage.

· Evaluating net profit per customer and its impact on overall business performance.

Sales Cycle Optimisation:

· Analysing the lead-to-cash cycle for different customer segments.

· Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for streamlining the sales process.

Product Portfolio Analysis:

· Assessing the performance of existing products within the customer base.

· Identifying whitespace opportunities and potential areas for product expansion.

Contractual Revenue Assessment:

· Analysing contracted revenue and forecasting future revenue streams.

· Evaluating the performance of existing contracts and identifying opportunities for renewal and growth.

Reporting and Documentation:

· Generating comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders.

· Maintaining accurate records of analysis methodologies and findings for future reference.

What do we need from you?

· Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a commercial or business-focused role.

· Knowledge or experience in the telecommunications or IT industry.

· Proficiency in data visualisation tools and Microsoft Excel.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner.
