Tersus Consultancy is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial operations of our company, ensuring efficient and effective processes and driving business growth.As a leading consultancy firm in risk and compliance, Tersus Consultancy is dedicated to delivering outstanding services to our clients while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Paying up to £45,000 for the role with a company car or allowanceRequirementsResponsibilities:

• Manage and optimise the overall commercial operations of the company
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
• Lead and oversee sales, marketing, and business development activities
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between different departments and teams
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to identify business opportunities
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial operations
• Manage contracts and negotiations with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a consultancy or professional services firm
• Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial operations
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Professional certifications in business management or operations is a plus
