We build hope for everyone dealing with Cancer.Elekta is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist for supporting Sales, Service, and Order Fulfilment. This role serves as the main interface between the customer and the support functions within the cluster.What you’ll do at ElektaAs a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will ensure that all processes are followed in accordance with Elekta’s procedures and that customers receive consistently high-quality care.This position offers Hybrid working with flexibility of working from office 3 days a week.ResponsibilitiesService SupportAdminister and assign engineers’ work orders and Axrem documentationManage source and seed orders, exchanges, and logisticsProcess customer spares order, quotes, returns, and commercial shipmentsDistribute and manage TLD badges and calibrated toolsAdminister Field Change Orders (mandatory and non-mandatory)Provide feedback to Service Managers and attend daily team meetingsMaintain engineers’ diaries and support schedulingSupport PM schedule preparation and customer communicationAct as Health & Safety and Quality RepresentativeSales SupportServe as main contact for sales and service queriesQualify leads and support quote preparation with Customer/Business ManagersProcess sales orders and maintain accurate system dataCoordinate with logistics, finance, and suppliersManage customer training logistics and reimbursementsHandle returns and replacements for Brachytherapy and commercial itemsEnsure smooth handover from Sales to Order FulfilmentManage small-value orders/projects and identify process improvementsTender & Contract Management SupportCoordinate tender submissions and documentationCollaborate with sales, legal, and finance to manage contract checklists and risk reviewsWhat you bringProficiency in Word and Excel (intermediate to expert level)Strong organizational and data management skillsFamiliarity with ERP/CLM systems (Salesforce preferred)Excellent written and verbal communicationAbility to meet deadlines with minimal supervisionExperience with Movex is a plusStrong attention to detail and team collaborationWe encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement—your unique skills and experiences might be exactly what we’re looking for!Why should you join Elekta?In this role, you will work for a higher purpose; hope for everyone dealing with cancer, and for everyone regardless of where in the world, to have access to the best cancer care.
