Commercial Property ParalegalOur highly-regarded client, based in Dorset are searching for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their Commercial Conveyancing Team in Poole.You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients. The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensuring deadlines are met.At least one year’s Commercial Property experience would be preferable. Alternatively a year’s Residential Conveyancing experience with a strong interest in commercial work would be appropriate, in order to be considered.Key Attributes include:

• Ability to negotiate effectively
• Ideally knowledge of property development, plot developments, bank finance work, leases and licences.
• Ensure the highest level of client care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A sense of initiative and enthusiasm
• Good IT skills

They are a firm that will look to support and develop your career from day one and this is a prolific opportunity for the right individual to flourish in a collaborative team environment.
