Are you looking to take the next step in your career, working within the Commercial Real Estate Finance business team? Citi is currently looking to hire a loan structurer for EMEA who can assess commercial real estate assets, structure loan facilities and securitizations, negotiate with clients/advisors, complete due diligence, documentation and credit approvals processes then monitor transactions .The role may provide a wide range of deal-making experiences related to secured commercial real estate finance – including balance sheet loans, syndicated loans, senior/mezzanine structures, warehouse financing, loan on loan facilities, securitization, and take-private / special situations.This is an Analyst or AVP role and will provide a high level of exposure to strategic global investors in commercial real estate across private equity and private credit investors amongst others. This is an in-Business role.What you will do will be varied day to day, but the key drivers for the role are:Evaluate commercial real estate properties, portfolios and businesses as well as market activity and futures drivers of performance.
