The Role:
The Commercial Reporting and Planning Analyst, reporting to Zone Director, will work cross functionally to provide support on a broad range of activities within our Commercial Operations.
What you’ll do:
- Working with the functional managers and team members you will gain a clear understanding of departmental goals and provide data and insight to achieving strategy.
- Collaborating with the sales teams and providing sales reports and ad hoc data requests
- Providing and analysing data in support of financial and supply chain forecast.
- Provide commentary insights around any reports generated to allow insightful decision making.
- Becoming a “Systems expert” for Salesforce.com and Power BI, providing support when requested to the sales organisation.
- Analysing customer data to establish target accounts for the Zone sales team to pursue
- Support the creation of a business plan for each individual sales area / person, ensuring that we focus on core customers, prospects, and vertical markets.
- Support Financial Planning and Analyst Manager with Sales Commissions, Sales Forecast and financial month end duties.
What you need to have:
- Ideally degree educated with experience in a support role within global / multinational business.
- Strong IT skills, preferably in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce.com and Power BI.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and progress.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills allied to a numerical dexterity.
- English as a strong language skill is mandatory.
- Ideally interest in studying for Accountancy qualification.
