About Us

We are North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN), Victoria’s largest independent, locally governed and run, not-for-profit PHN, dedicated to improving primary health care in our community.

What are PHNs?

  • Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to help teams across the organisation adopt and embed better ways of working.
  • Manage interdependencies and coordination across projects and program areas to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience or tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Experience in delivering business and process improvements using lean tools and agile techniques.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver desired outcomes within required timeframes.
  • Evidence of good negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to ensuring engagement in projects.
  • Previous experience in commissioning and/or contract management process improvement is desirable.
  • Understanding of contemporary community participation practices and experience in engaging with diverse communities and people with lived or living experience.
