For one of our main clients based in Brussels – an European Institution, we are looking for a Communication and Training Specialist with expertise in providing training for Webex. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, ensuring that all employees, regardless of previous videoconferencing experience, can use the tools available to them confidently and effectively.
You need to be based in Belgium and work on hybrid mode (2-3 a week presence in the office in Brussels).
More specifically, you will be responsible for…
• Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate a variety of engaging and interactive training sessions on how to use Webex, covering basic to advanced features.
• Develop Training Materials: Create user-friendly training guides and presentation materials that cater to various learning styles.
• Customize Training: Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different divisions, delegations, or teams within the organization.
• Technical Support: Provide first-line support during and after training sessions, addressing any technical questions or issues related to Webex and other unified communications tools.
• Feedback and Improvement: Collect feedback from trainees post-training to assess the effectiveness of the training sessions and make necessary improvements.
• Technical Host: Help in the organization of large-scale video-conferencing events and act as primary support during those events for the organizers.
• Community Management: Act as the moderator of an online community of practice that helps people know more about the tools available to them.
