Our Education Programme is a lifeline to children in the slums of Phnom Penh, offering quality education and healthcare to break the chains of poverty. Our groundbreaking Football Programme connects 4,000 youths, championing equality and opening doors for the marginalized.
Your Role:
As our Communications Manager, you’ll be the voice that amplifies our story to the world. You will:
- Work alongside our Head of Development and Communication, shaping and sharing our narrative on a national and global stage.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge communications and marketing strategies that heighten ISF’s visibility and impact.
- Lead a dynamic Cambodian-based team, fueling their passion and guiding them to execute the communication plan in synergy with the fundraising team.
- Collaborate closely with our Development and Local Fundraising teams, ensuring a unified and impactful brand presence.
- Manage external resources like freelancers and agencies, bringing innovative projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive our communications strategy, integrating it seamlessly with organizational goals.
- Engage in market research to stay ahead of trends and maximize audience engagement.
- Manage our digital presence, ensuring our message resonates across multiple platforms.
- Spearhead marketing and online fundraising campaigns, analyzing results to guide future strategies.
- Coordinate with videographers and our communications team to create compelling video content.
- Support the organization of high-profile fundraising events, creating promotional materials that captivate and inspire.
Your Skill Set:
- Expertise in digital marketing, email marketing, content production, and managing websites and online donation platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems, with a knack for integrating these tools with our marketing strategies.
- Analytical prowess to optimize communication for fundraising.
- English proficiency or mother tongue
- Experience in NGO fundraising and communication is highly desirable.
