Rewilding Britain – Communications and Engagement Director

Since Rewilding Britain was formed in 2015, rewilding has moved from a niche idea to playing a
significant role in addressing some of the biggest global challenges we face. Rewilding Britain
is at the forefront of this change, acting as a catalyst for debate and action, and
demonstrating the power of working with nature to build a sustainable world where people
thrive.

We’re significantly growing in size, impact, engagement and influence, punching well above our
weight as an environmental charity. But we’re ambitious. We have to inspire more people to
Think Big, Act Wild, engaging a movement of rewilders across Britain’s land and seas. We are
seeking an exceptional and experienced Communications and Engagement Director to help develop
our strategy and deliver our organisational objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to join

mission, championing rewilding and inspiring a movement for a wilder and more prosperous world.

You’ll be an experienced strategic communications specialist who is passionate about reaching
our defined audiences, using insight to maximise their engagement with us. You’ll have a depth
of experience in using compelling storytelling to inspire decision makers, and creating
powerful, transformative communications and campaigns to influence public perception and build
engagement.
