Änderwerk is a non-profit home where people and groups can find resources, support, inspiration and care to be able to imagine, cooperate and fight for systemic change, a just world and a healthy planet. Änderwerk’s mission is therefore to support and connect individuals and groups committed to changing the world for the better, alleviating their administrative, financial, and legal burdens so that they can dedicate themselves to their core work.
We are now looking for a Communications and Knowledge Manager (part-time) to support us in our knowledge management and to implement our communications strategy. In this role, you will work both in the Änderwerk Core Team and with the many projects we host in various spaces, ranging from Climate Justice to Technology and from philanthropic engagement to arts. You will shape and share our public activities and our story and lift up the work of activists and movements working towards justice and sutainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement our Communications Strategy: Execute our communications strategy to enhance Änderwerk’s visibility, engagement, and influence.
- Content Creation and Management: Produce and manage content for diverse audiences, including for internal and external use, and in particular our website and fundraising platforms.
- Internal / Project Communications: Foster effective internal communication channels, especially with our hosted projects.
- Knowledge Management: Lead efforts to capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge within Änderwerk and in relationship to our hosted projects, e.g. by maintaining our FAQs, guidelines and policies.
