Communications Consultant (French-speaking)

Experience: Communications specialist with 5 years of experience in communication agencies, consultancies, associations or federations working in the EU landscape.

Role

 As a Communication Consultant you will play a leading role in our energetic and tight-knit team, leveraging your extensive experience to advise our clients. You will liaise with a broad network of freelancers and suppliers, and will report directly to the Managing Director.

 Key Responsibilities

• Forge strong partnerships with clients and partners.
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients based on their communication needs and objectives.
• Lead and manage communication projects from inception to completion, delivered on time and within budget ensuring excellent client satisfaction and engagement.
• Develop project roadmaps, set milestones, allocate resources, and manage project teams effectively.
• Propose and implement tailored communication strategies, campaigns and events.
• Advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Driven individual and team player with a genuine desire to contribute to positive impact projects in the European field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political science,
  or a related field.
• +5 years of professional communications experience working on European projects
  in agencies, associations or federations. Agency experience is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of French.
• Strong understanding of the European policy landscape.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, including budgets and related finances.
• Exceptional people management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
