Deliverables for the role can be tailored to the successful applicant’s skill set. Deliverables may include:
Creating content including graphics and videos for social media.
Copywriting for social media, media, emails and sms.
Updating the website and online presence.
Pitching stories to media outlets and managing media requests.
Monitoring media and social media to inform the production of materials and communications with members of the public.
Working as part of a team including following sign-off processes, meeting accessibility standards, and attending meetings and training as required.
