Join our dynamic marketing and communications team at WPS and play a vital role in delivering impactful campaigns and events that support our business goals.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesAs Communications & Marketing Coordinator, you will:

• Support content creation for WPS-wide internal and external communications, including newsletters, articles, branded materials, and presentations.
• Coordinate events from start to finish, managing invite lists, bookings, RSVPs, stakeholder packs, and on-the-day logistics.
• Collaborate with the creative services team and business partners to ensure timely delivery of content and branded assets.
• Manage HubSpot communications, media releases, and ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Provide general administrative support including raising purchase orders, maintaining databases, and managing digital assets.

🎓 QualificationsA bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.💼 Behaviours

📌 Additional Information

• You’ll work closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing and the wider communications team.
• No direct reports, but you’ll collaborate with the creative services team to inspire and support each other.
• You’ll be expected to regularly work from a Wates/WPS office or project site to foster collaboration.
• You’ll play a key role in promoting a safety-first culture through all communications channels.
