Are you our new Communications Officer?
Position Purpose
Facilitate the external communication of ARACY’s work by connecting with appropriate audiences by professional delivery of brand through relevant channels (website, social media, newsletters, advocacy audiences) and through this, contributing to raising our profile and amplifying our purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Working to an agreed brand template and style guide
- Support the production of communications materials including Electronic Direct Mail, the weekly e-newsletter, social content, other promotional materials and website content
- Manage the design and layout of key reports and documents
- Create, edit and manage multimedia content for LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, other emerging social channels and the ARACY website
- Assist in running events (particularly webinars) by managing the promotion and creating promotional materials
- Ensure the timely dissemination of ARACY news, announcements, marketing and other communications
- Maintain the ARACY website content and design
- Support in the development of other communication materials including crafting correspondence and messaging.
