Your Opportunity
At Mission Australia, we believe every child deserves the best possible start in life. Our Communities for Children (CfC) program in Launceston is a dynamic, community-driven initiative funded by the Australian Government. It focuses on early intervention and prevention to improve the development, health, and wellbeing of children aged 12 and under.
As the Facilitating Partner, we work collaboratively with local organisations to create a strong, supportive network that addresses local needs and empowers families. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of that mission, delivering evidence-based programs that strengthen parenting skills, build resilience, and foster positive relationships between children and their caregivers.
This is an on-site position, where your passion for community engagement and your ability to connect with families will make a real difference. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with schools, health services, and community organisations, creating safe and inclusive spaces for families to learn, grow, and thrive.
