AQ’s Multi Service Centre provide a restorative and wellness approach to support older people stay engaged within their community. Activities are carried out our homely Upper Mt Gravatt respite centre as well as in the community to ensure each person receives personalised care supported to achieve individual goals and quality of life.

AQ are looking for a new Community Services Manager to take full ownership of the operations of the respite centre which runs the Community Home Support Program (CHSP) in Brisbane South.

Your primary focus will be to lead and manage the multiservice team including business and workforce planning and systems to ensure effective service delivery and quality of care. This includes overseeing the centre operations in all matters relating to standard of care, legislative requirements, staffing, finances, and business operations. At the same time this is a hands-on role where you will be interacting with clients and family members daily.

We are looking for an experienced manager with extensive knowledge of CHSP – Commonwealth Home Support Program and aged care standards. You will have demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver outcomes.
