Community Engagement Workers – MEAL

- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, management or a related field
- Possesses experience and knowledge in data collection and MEAL activities
- Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
- Commitment to actively listening to other people’s ideas and viewpoints.
- Passionate, self-directed and the ability to manage multiple competing demands and commitments, and to work flexibly in a team.
- Customer Service Orientation
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Ability to work in a team with flexibility to undertake challenging task and adapt to different working conditions.
- Previous experience working directly with communities or marginalized groups is highly desirable.
- Experience using digital data collection (e.g., Kobo Toolbox) is an advantage.
- Fluency in Arabic is required. Basic in English (written and verbal) is desirable.
