Implement, plan and shape activities in close collaboration with team leader;
Organize and conduct outreach activities in different modalities, including door-to-door campaigns, community events, information spreading, awareness campaign etc.
Organize and conduct Focus Group Discussions, Interviews, community consultations with relevant community members;
Refer most vulnerable children identified as in need of specialized and additional support to team leader and Case workers;
Reporting to team leader and support him in adapting the activities to better fit the needs of the children in the community, with specific attention to the needs of the most vulnerable;
Collect data of the outreach activities, including copy of awareness material, attendance, pictures, etc. with the purpose of monitoring and evaluating the activities; after collecting in need consent.
Support team leader and Project coordinator in designing weekly/monthly working plans reports;
Support team leader and Project coordinator in designing material to conduct the activities.
Support Committees
Support other colleagues (even from other project/ department) for best interest of children.
Support in implementing relevant protection activities.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
College degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Education or similar is preferrable;
Previous experience in NGOs in similar positions;
Fluency in Arabic, English is preferrable;
Excellent communication skills;
Good knowledge of Child protection-related topics and principles
