About the Role
The Community Fundraising Coordinator builds quality relationships and delivers a positive, personalised and engaging experience for peer-to-peer fundraisers. This role helps develop, implement and coordinate activities across peer-to-peer fundraising, including signature campaigns, third-party fundraising, community and partner events. This position supports the acquisition, retention and ongoing engagement of community supporters; with the aim of growing revenue and increasing supporters’ lifetime value, in alignment with WWF’s conservation goals.
Key Accountabilities

- Collaborates to implement the strategy to attract, retain and engage community fundraisers, to increase income from existing and prospective supporters.
- Adopts a relationship management approach to grow and retain a pipeline of community fundraisers, and provides them with support and guidance to motivate them towards achieving their fundraising targets.
- Identifies opportunities for third-party fundraising and supports the development and implementation of new community fundraising initiatives that aim to grow the peer-to-peer giving portfolio
Skills, Knowledge and Experience

- Demonstrated understanding of the community fundraising environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated relationship management skills, preferably within a fundraising, sales or account service environment.
