Job Title: Community Garden Delivery Manager (hybrid/flexible working)
Location: Flexible, homeworker with the option of hybrid working at an RHS site, including the London head office.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Overview of the Role

RHS Community Garden Delivery Manager: An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the
RHS Learning and Public Engagement Directorate to be the technical delivery lead for building a
number of Community Wellbeing Gardens in NHS/other community settings.

This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated individual with good technical knowledge and
practical experience of delivering community gardens in public realm settings with multiple
stakeholders involved.

You will work on a range of projects that will make a real difference to NHS staff, patients
and communities by providing accessible and sustainable gardens that support a long-term
community wellbeing programme.
