Job DescriptionCommunity Health Care AssistantService Care Solutions are recruiting for a Community Health Care Assistant to join an established company based in Surrey – on a permanent basis.Are you seeking career development in a clinically led organisation, at the forefront of the revolution of community nursing?We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious healthcare assistant to join the wider Community Nursing Team which includes Community Matrons, District Nurses, Registered Nurses, Nursing Associates and Healthcare Assistants. You will work without direct supervision under the direction of a Registered Nurse. This post holder will need to ensure that all relevant policy, protocols, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed. The post holder will need to have health care assistant skills in basic wound care, venepuncture, catheter care and have a level 2 NVQ or equivalentPay: Up to £25674 per annum – dependent on experience
Bonus: £150 SCS Welcome Bonus
Location: Community-based, across Guildford and Waverley.
Shifts Available: Monday to Sunday | shifts between 8 am and 8 pmRequired:
– Driving License: to be able to travel to patients homes frequently throughout the day across the locality and across Guildford and Waverley.Benefits:
