Community Health Educator (Female Only)

Main purpose of the job:

Prepare, provide and present health education sessions to the population/patients according MSFCH principles and values in order to promote health information through health measures and hygiene conditions as well as provide information about MSF activities in order to facilitate access to healthcare.

الغرض الرئيسي من الوظيفة:

 إعداد وتوفير وتقديم جلسات التثقيف الصحي للسكان/المرضى وفقًا لمبادئ وقيم اطباء بلا حدود من أجل تعزيز المعلومات الصحية من خلال التدابير الصحية وظروف النظافة بالإضافة إلى توفير معلومات حول أنشطة منظمة أطباء بلا حدود من أجل تسهيل الوصول إلى الرعاية الصحية.

• Prepare material and deliver health education sessions, messages and topics addressed to different populations regarding hygiene, diseases and prevention.
• Ensure all the patients and caretakers are well informed, according to protocols, about health-related issues and services provided.
• Monitor health situation and living conditions of the population by conducting nutritional screening, collecting information related to food security, checking vaccination status of children, looking actively for any defaulters in programs that require this type of research, collecting information on number of people arriving or leaving the community, births and deaths in the community, etc.
• Identify people with medical problems, contact with medical team and report for immediate transfer if needed. He/she has to inform to the line manager about any problem encountered (population, equipment, material…).
• Report to line manager of all results of screening and visits on a regular basis
• Maintain constant follow up and education about IPC and waste segregation.

المسؤوليات:

– إعداد المواد وتقديم جلسات التثقيف الصحي والرسائل والمواضيع الموجهة لمختلف السكان فيما يتعلق بالنظافة والأمراض والوقاية.

– التأكد من أن جميع المرضى ومقدمي الرعاية على اطلاع جيد، وفقًا للبروتوكولات، حول القضايا والخدمات المتعلقة بالصحة المقدمة.

– مراقبة الوضع الصحي والظروف المعيشية للسكان من خلال إجراء الفحص الغذائي، وجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالأمن الغذائي، والتحقق من حالة تطعيم الأطفال، والبحث بنشاط عن أي متخلفين في البرامج التي تتطلب هذا النوع من البحوث، وجمع المعلومات عن عدد الأشخاص القادمين أو ممن تركو المجتمع، والولادات والوفيات في المجتمع، وما إلى ذلك.

– التعرف على الأشخاص الذين يعانون من مشاكل طبية والتواصل مع الفريق الطبي والإبلاغ للتحويل الفوري إذا لزم الأمر. وعليه / عليها إبلاغ المدير المباشر بأي مشكلة يواجهها (السكان، المعدات، المواد …).

– إبلاغ المدير المباشر بجميع نتائج الفحص والزيارات بشكل منتظم 

– الحفاظ على المتابعة المستمرة والتعليم حول السيطرة والوقاية من العدوى وعزل النفايات

• Report to the supervisor: activities, data, problems met, strengths and constraints.
• Conducting questionnaires and surveys upon request regarding health issues or services in the hospital
• Provide PFA for some cases that need support according to MH triage criteria and refer the cases to MH if needed.
• Identify people with medical problems, contact with medical team and report for immediate transfer if needed.
• Planning of daily, weekly activities and follow up with patients in IPD during shifts.
• Conduct phone follow up with specific patients after discharge from the hospital.
• Observe that MSF principles are followed and respected by his/her team.
• Capacity to carry out tasks related to his/her profession with excellent quality in adherance to MSF protocols (and other protocols in place).
• To be a proactive member of the team always willing to help and proposing solutions to improve the health service quality for the benefit of the targeted population.
• To maintain an excellent comunication with his/her direct supervisor.
• Capacity to foresee and to plan his/her daily/weekly activities in advance.
• Good stress management.
• Flexibility to perform activities according to the need.

–  إبلاغ المشرف: الأنشطة والبيانات والمشكلات التي تمت مواجهتها ونقاط القوة والقيود.

– إجراء الاستبيانات والمسوحات عند الطلب فيما يتعلق بالمشاكل الصحية أو الخدمات في المستشفى

– توفير الإسعافات الأولية النفسية لبعض الحالات التي تحتاج إلى الدعم وفقًا لمعايير فرز الصحة النفسية وإحالة الحالات إلى الصحة النفسية إذا لزم الأمر.

– التعرف على الأشخاص الذين يعانون من مشاكل طبية والتواصل مع الفريق الطبي والإبلاغ للتحويل الفوري إذا لزم الأمر.

– تخطيط الأنشطة اليومية والأسبوعية ومتابعة المرضى في قسم الاطفال أثناء المناوبات.

– إجراء متابعة هاتفية مع مرضى محددين بعد الخروج من المستشفى.

– ملاحظة أن مبادئ منظمة أطباء بلا حدود يتم اتباعها واحترامها من قبل فريقه.

– القدرة على تنفيذ المهام المتعلقة بمهنته بجودة ممتازة مع الالتزام ببروتوكولات منظمة أطباء بلا حدود (والبروتوكولات الأخرى المعمول بها).

– أن تكون عضوًا استباقيًا في الفريق على استعداد دائمًا للمساعدة واقتراح الحلول لتحسين جودة الخدمة الصحية لصالح السكان المستهدفين.

-للحفاظ على التواصل الممتاز مع المشرف المباشر عليه.

– القدرة على التنبؤ والتخطيط لأنشطته اليومية / الأسبوعية مسبقًا.

– إدارة جيدة للضغوط.

– المرونة في أداء الأنشطة حسب الحاجة

المتطلبات المحددة للدور:

التعليم:

– يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم أو المجالات الأخرى ذات الصلة. سيكون تدريب منظمة أطباء بلا حدود على التوعية الصحية أمرًا مرغوبًا فيه.

الخبرة:

-خبرة عمل سابقة مرغوبة في الوظائف ذات الصلة

-خبرة مرغوبة في منظمة أطباء بلا حدود أو المنظمات غير الحكومية الأخرى في سياق مماثل

– شخص نشيط جدًا ومقبول جيدًا في المجتمع.

– أساسي: اللغة العربية

-مرغوب فيه: الإنجليزية والكردية
