About the role

As the Community Hub Manager, you will lead the South Coast Community Hub operations, ensuring that our services meet the highest quality, compliance, and accountability standards. You will play a crucial role in driving the strategic expansion of our services within the Eurobodalla Local Government Area, aligning them with our organisational goals and community needs.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Drive the expansion of services in the Eurobodalla area, working closely with senior management to implement a strategic plan that addresses community needs.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and collaboration within the Hub. Mentor and support a dedicated team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality services that make a real difference.
  • Build strong partnerships with local organisations, non-profits, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Your efforts will be vital in expanding resources, securing funding, and increasing public awareness of our services.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Hub, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Your leadership will ensure the Hub operates efficiently and effectively.

What will you bring?

  • Degree in Community Services, Social Work, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience within the community services sector, with a track record of successfully managing programs and teams.
  • A deep understanding of the complex needs of communities, particularly within the NDIS, Disability, and Homelessness sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and advocate effectively for the community’s needs.
