The Community Mobilizer will provide operational assistance to the program team in the following areas:
• , Community Outreach and Engagement
 Conduct outreach activities to inform and engage community members about the project.
 Identify and register participants for financial literacy training programs.
 Participate and assist in the organization of project events (practical training on collaboration between the local actors and communities, consultations with communities, mobilization of community members and leaders, etc.)

• Promotion of Project Activities
 Promote the use of E-payment tools and the adoption of solar energy systems among community members.
 Raise awareness about the economic and environmental benefits of the project’s initiatives.

• Data Collection and Reporting

 Collect and maintain accurate records of participant attendance and engagement.
 Provide regular updates and reports on community mobilization activities to the project team.

• General Responsibilities
 Ensure Equality between women and men in all community engagement activities.
 Maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders and community members.
 Act as a liaison between the community and the project team to ensure smooth communication and implementation.
 Provide general support to the field team.
 Any other business required by the management.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • College degree.
  • At least one year of experience in the field of community mobilization.
  • Skill in speaking Arabic.
  • Time management and problem solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Dealing well with diverse ethnic and religious groups
  • Computer basics
