In this high-visibility role, you will work closely with partners and decision makers across the firm to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct compliance assurance reviews based on firm policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate case files for compliance with regulations and controls.
  • Prepare and lead compliance assurance meetings with senior managers.
  • Create detailed reports summarizing outcomes and recommendations.
  • Address process and file conduct failures, escalating as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support process and control improvements.
  • Assist with external audits.

About YouQualifications:

  • Practical experience in internal compliance assurance (legal or financial services).
  • Strong report writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Internal audit or compliance qualifications desirable.
