Apply today!Job DetailsOpportunityCencora is currently looking to appoint a Compliance Officer for UK and France. This leader will serve in a senior position within the Office of Compliance to develop, implement and maintain an effective compliance programme, with a particular focus on operations within the UK and France.The position is responsible for providing support to the VP & Senior Compliance Officer and across both the UK and France to ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures and for establishing policies and standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the Compliance Program is effective in identifying, preventing, identifying, detecting and correcting non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Candidates for the role will ideally have experience working in large multinational companies; s/he will need to be a self-starter with the ability to embed and inculcate a compliance culture into the UK and French organisations, whilst partnering closely with the global team. .Key RequirementsThe Compliance Officer will have knowledge of laws, regulations and written directives applicable to the business operations of the Corporation, including, but not limited to, associated regulation across France and UK and broad experience in fields such as law, regulatory compliance, business administration and healthcare. The jobholder will ideally have experience in the fields of regulatory compliance, pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or distribution or related expertise. Experience of working within a multinational is a prerequisite.Cencora is looking to appoint a business-oriented compliance leader with the leadership and gravitas needed to embed and manage a culture of compliance across Cencora’s French and UK operations, ensuring that compliance is viewed internally as a strategic partner to the business. Candidates for this compliance role will thus need to be highly commercial in orientation and the role will necessitate broad stakeholder management, both internally and externally.Minimum skills, knowledge and ability requirements:
