Nos clients dans l’industrie manufacturière recherchent un membre d’équipe enthousiaste et adaptable pour assumer le rôle d’Analyste Comptable pour un contrat de 3 mois pour commencer. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le maintien de l’exactitude de nos dossiers et états financiers. Vos responsabilités comprendront l’examen des comptes du grand livre général et la réalisation d’analyses de variance.

Vos tâches engloberont divers aspects, y compris la préparation de rapports financiers et la tenue des dossiers comptables et financiers, couvrant le grand livre général, les rapports réglementaires et de gestion. Votre collaboration avec l’Assistant Contrôleur Comptable sera essentielle pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’organisation de nos clients.

Rôles et responsabilités:

• Exécuter les processus de clôture de fin de mois.
• Analyser les écarts mensuels pour comparer les résultats actuels avec ceux de l’année précédente et identifier les tendances.
• Identifier les risques et opportunités à partir des analyses et formuler des recommandations stratégiques.
• Réconcilier les comptes du bilan et du grand livre général assignés.
• Réaliser des analyses de variance pour les comptes du bilan assignés.
• Générer des rapports périodiques pour la direction sur demande.
• Soutenir les processus de budgétisation et de prévision.
• Assister aux audits externes de fin d’année et intermédiaires, ainsi qu’aux audits internes.
• Appliquer les Normes Internationales d’Information Financière (IFRS) et assurer le respect des contrôles internes.
• Participer et assurer la conformité au comptage annuel des stocks, généralement effectué dans un endroit différent du bureau principal.
• Résoudre les divergences ou irrégularités trouvées dans les dossiers financiers, les états financiers ou les transactions.
• Participer à des projets spéciaux tels que la mise en œuvre d’un système ERP, des initiatives stratégiques et des efforts d’amélioration continue.
• Entreprendre des tâches, devoirs, projets ou demandes ad hoc supplémentaires au besoin.

Qualifications et compétences:

• Diplôme de baccalauréat en commerce avec une spécialisation en comptabilité.
• Certificats universitaires menant à un baccalauréat en comptabilité.
• La désignation CPA est un atout avantageux.
• Expérience dans les grands environnements d’entreprise.
• Expérience dans les mises en œuvre d’ERP.
• Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente.
• Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
• Expertise technique solide en comptabilité et familiarité avec les IFRS.
• Capacités exceptionnelles de communication et d’interaction.

Your duties will encompass various aspects, including the preparation of financial reports and the maintenance of accounting and financial records, covering general ledger, regulatory, and management reports. We are seeking an individual with a robust accounting background and a keen eye for detail to join our valued team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Executing month-end closing processes.
• Analyzing monthly variances to compare current results with those of the prior year and identifying trends.
• Identifying risks and opportunities from the analyses and making strategic recommendations.
• Reconciling assigned balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Conducting variance analysis for assigned balance sheet accounts.
• Generating periodic reports for management upon request.
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assisting with both year-end and interim external audits, as well as internal audits.
• Applying International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
• Participating in and ensuring compliance with the annual inventory count, typically held in a location different from the home office.
• Resolving discrepancies or irregularities found in financial records, statements, or transactions.
• Engaging in special projects such as ERP system implementation, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Undertaking additional tasks, duties, projects, or ad hoc requests as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting.
• University Certificates that lead to a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA designation is an advantageous asset.
• Experience with large corporate environments.
• Experience with ERP implementations
• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Strong technical expertise in accounting and familiarity with IFRS.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
