Introduction :

SCOPE OF TENDER

The Forum will be held for 02 consecutive days from 13^th May 2024 to 14^th May 2024. A total of 110 personnel is expected to participate in this event, with at least 70 personnel being foreign delegates travelling to Maldives from abroad and 40 delegates from various sectors within Maldives.

The Scope of Work under this RFQ is to facilitate the following arrangements to ensure the successful execution of the Forum:

Meeting Facilities Requirements for 110 participants
Accommodation Arrangements
Catering Requirements

The details of the Scope of Work are provided under Expected Outputs and Deliverables of this RFQ.
