Conservation Director

Upper Saco Valley Land Trust (USVLT) in Conway, NH, seeks a dynamic, knowledgeable, and energetic new Conservation Director. This key position involves leading, managing and overseeing USVLT’s land operations including acquisitions, stewardship oversight, and land management. This person is instrumental to fulfilling USVLT’s mission, conservation goals, and efforts. The position is full-time, year-round, salaried, and requires a balance of technical skills, conservation experience, ability to work well with others, as well as comfort working in both office and outdoor environments.

USVLT conserves lands for farming, forestry, public recreation, scenic enjoyment and wildlife habitat in 11 towns in New Hampshire and Maine. USVLT is an equal opportunity employer.
