Conservation Easement Technician

We are seeking a Conservation Easement Technician for the 2026 field season. The Conservation Easement Technician will be a member of the Conservation Easement team and has responsibility for assisting with monitoring and enforcing conservation easements and assisting with GIS software support.

The position is full-time, hourly, and seasonal; up to 24 weeks from May to October 2026. The Stewardship Technician is based in Leland, Michigan, with travel around Leelanau County required. The salary range for this position is $22 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
